Home Service
Being able to arrive at your second home, with the heating set, hot water ready, house cleaned, crisp linen in place, quality provisions stocked, favourite wines and even fresh flowers can all be part of this tailor-made service for your arrival.
Meet & Greet Service
Second homes often get used by friends and family. Upon arrival if there are complicated hot tubs, saunas or hi-tech heating systems to master, nothing beats the personal service of your Chicoco property manager to give a personalised tour.
Inventory
Checks
Inventory checks ensuring the day-to-day essentials are well provided for. Fresh provisions will be stocked just prior to arrival as part of our Welcome Home Service.
Paying Your
Bills
Chicoco Property Management can pay any utilities, maintenance and repairs bills directly - you'll see separate entries on each monthly statement.
